CLIMATE CHANGE

Resources for the Future’s attention to climate change dates back almost 30 years, well before most policymakers were focused on the issue. More recently, researchers working in RFF’s Climate Policy Program have focused on developing and understanding cost-effective strategies to limit greenhouse gas emissions.
