FOOD AND AGRICULTURE

Resources for the Future has a long history of work on food and agriculture, from early studies on soil conservation and water quality to recent research on shade-grown coffee and deforestation in Latin America. As food and agricultural issues become more intertwined with apparently non-agricultural concerns, there are significant implications for both food and agriculture systems and how to best manage their associated environmental, health and natural resource impacts.
