Nigel Purvis is a visiting scholar at Resources for the Future and a non-resident scholar at the Brookings Institution. He is also the President of Climate Advisers, a strategic consulting firm specializing in U.S. climate change policy, international climate change cooperation, global carbon markets and climate-related forest conservation.
