New Episode of RFF Podcast, Resources Radio: Energy Inefficiency, with RFF's Joshua Blonz
WASHINGTON, DC—Resources for the Future (RFF) released a new installment of Resources Radio, a weekly podcast series exploring timely environmental, energy, and natural resource topics.
In this week’s episode, host Daniel Raimi talks with Joshua Blonz, a postdoctoral fellow at RFF, about his recent research on an energy efficiency program in California. They discuss the goals of the program and its outcomes, which are not always good, because of something economists like to call the “principal-agent problem.” Joshua will describe what that means for policymaking on energy efficiency and much more.
