As the US Environmental Protection Agency develops plans to establish carbon pollution standards for existing power plants, individual states are being encouraged to create implementation plans to meet these goals through a variety of mandates and flexible regulations. This webinar, hosted by RFF Senior Fellow Dallas Burtraw, focused on the growing body of work at RFF on greenhouse gas regulation at the state and federal levels.
