Jay Bartlett

Jay Bartlett has been affiliated with RFF since 2018, serving on RFF’s Board of Directors and as a senior advisor since 2024. His research focus has been on financial, economic, and policy analysis on electric power. Previously, he worked in the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and the Solar Energy Technologies Office at the U.S. Department of Energy. Bartlett had earlier positions in alternative energy equity research at UBS, mergers and acquisitions at a boutique advisory firm in New York and in biophysics research at Princeton.
