Witnesses at House Science Committee Hearing Express Strong Support for Aerospace Prizes: $10 Million X-Prize Cited as Success Model Senior Fellow Molly Macauley joined a panel of experts to urge Congress to authorize prizes for innovation and advancing space exploration.
