Derek Wietelman is a research assistant in RFF’s Land, Water, and Nature Program, working primarily with RFF Fellow Casey Wichman. Wietelman’s current work uses utility billing microdata to estimate the causal effect of price and non-price policy instruments on water demand and to analyze the distributional impacts of nonlinear water rate structures.
