Derek Wietelman is a research assistant in RFF’s Research and Policy Engagement Program. Wietelman’s current work uses utility billing microdata to estimate the causal effect of price and non-price policy instruments on residential water and electricity demand and to analyze the distributional impacts of nonlinear utility rate structures.
