Greg McGovern has led strategy, management and fundraising initiatives for several nonprofit organizations, including 3 Generations, Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater, American Red Cross, Brookings Institution, Child Mind Institute, Empire State Pride Agenda, The Flawless Foundation, Maria Fareri Children's Hospital, NYU Child Study Center at NYU Langone Medical Center, and Westchester Medical Center.
He also has an extensive background in nonprofit program development, implementation, and evaluation. McGovern has served as the Programming and Public Relations Officer for the Weatherhead East Asian Institute at Columbia University and as Director of Education for the Chicago Humanities Festival, and he has lead school and community education outreach initiatives for the Chicago Shakespeare Theater.
McGovern is a Certified Fund Raising Executive (CFRE). He is a member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals, serves on the Advisory Board of The Flawless Foundation, and is a board member and Treasurer of Miracle on 22nd Street.
McGovern currently serves as RFF’s Vice President for Development, where he leads the organization’s comprehensive fundraising and resource development efforts.
