
Jennifer Michael
Senior Advisor
Jennifer Michael joined RFF in 2020 as a Senior Advisor. She is a CFA charterholder and has worked in both the private and public sectors, including experience in government, global energy, finance and construction, both domestically and globally. She spent five years working with the Senate Energy Committee, where she advised the Chairman on energy markets, international agreements, transportation policy, CAFE standards, renewable fuels, downstream, petrochemicals & vehicle transportation policy.
Michael’s work spans the Research and Policy Engagement program, helping to connect RFF experts with policymakers and develop new strategies for engagement. A native Oregonian, Jennifer loves the outdoors, travel and visiting national parks with her family.
