Lucie Bioret is a research analyst working on industrial decarbonization. Lucie is especially interested in innovation policy for developing low-carbon solutions and in the impact of government support on emissions reduction efforts. Born and raised in Brittany, France, Lucie recently graduated from AgroParisTech and Université Paris-Saclay with a master's Degree in Environmental Economics. Before RFF, Lucie was a research intern with OECD's Directorate for Science Innovation and Technology where she was involved in research on green start-ups performances. Previously, she was also a climate policy intern at the German Institute for Economic Research (DIW) where she focused on climate finance impact in emerging economies.
