WASHINGTON—Dallas Burtraw, Resources for the Future (RFF) Senior Fellow, has posted a new blog today. It begins:

“The California Legislature voted by greater than a two-thirds margin to extend the state’s cap-and-trade program last night. Bipartisan support led to the supermajority, which makes the program immune to legal challenges. This is undoubtedly the most important climate news since President Trump decided to withdraw from the Paris Agreement, and it is perhaps even more consequential.”
