Alan J. Krupnick, senior fellow at Resources for the Future (RFF) and a leading expert on carbon reduction and federal oil and coal, and RFF research assistant Katrina McLaughlin, are out with a new blog post today: The President’s Plan to Reform Federal Coal Leasing: Key Things to Know.

The piece comes after the Obama administration’s announced moratorium on federal coal leasing in light of a planned review.
