WASHINGTON, DC—Resources for the Future (RFF) President Richard G. In his remarks at the awards presentation, Dr. Newell said, “The Association plays an important role in connecting energy professionals across all sectors and levels, and I feel privileged to be recognized from among so many of my esteemed peers.”
