Launched in September 2025, the Climate-Related Financial and Macroeconomic Risk Initiative (CFMRI) brings together leading academic researchers, private market experts, and policymakers to build capacity to understand and address the economic and financial impacts of climate policies.

Join Resources for the Future (RFF) on Thursday, October 1 for a webinar describing the impact of climate change on small and large banks, insurance providers, investors, and asset managers. The panelists will discuss cross-sectoral spillovers, as well as policy implications for supervision, regulation, and disclosure.
