Liam Burke
Government Affairs Manager
Liam is responsible for managing RFF's government affairs strategy across the organization and engaging policymakers and staff in Congress, the White House, and across key agencies and departments. Before joining RFF, Liam served in the Biden-Harris Administration as a Legislative Specialist for the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration and as an environmental policy staffer for Senator Alex Padilla (D-CA).
He graduated from UC Davis on an ROTC scholarship and served for five years as an officer in the Army. Liam spends his free time reading, hiking, gaming, and waiting for the San Francisco 49ers to win the Super Bowl (any year now).
