Senior Research Analyst
Sofia Hines is a Senior Research Analyst at RFF. Her current research focuses on climate adaptation, natural hazards, and environmental justice. Sofia earned her Master of Public Policy from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where her capstone analyzed the designation methodology and sociodemographic characteristics of FEMA’s Community Disaster Resilience Zones. She also has a BA in Public Policy from UNC-CH.
