Sury Dongre

Sury Dongre is a Research Analyst at RFF. His current research focuses on capacity markets, renewables permitting, and geothermal energy. Sury earned his B.S. in Environmental Economics & Policy from the University of California, Berkeley, where his senior thesis focused on understanding the emissions impacts of utility scale solar adoption in the global south. Sury also attended the University of California, Santa Barbara and conducted research with the 2035 Initiative.
