Resources for the Future is on the hunt for a new boss.

The environmental and energy think tank has officially launched its search for a new president and CEO, RFF announced Thursday. Richard Newell, who has served in that role since 2016, announced in September that he planned to leave within a year.

The organization hopes to land a heavy hitter.
