"'We viewed this MOPR as providing guardrails when government action really causes the car to drive off the road,' PJM Vice President of Federal Government Policy Craig Glazer said Wednesday at a Resources for the Future event in Washington, D.C. PJM's original April 2018 filing, based on stakeholder concerns, 'had a lot of exceptions and guardrails that the commission did not pick up on, that it rejected. And I am concerned that might have made the process more administrative, more uncertain than it needs to be,' he said."
