“For many years, the US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) has calculated the health and climate impacts associated with its regulations. Now, what EPA is choosing to do is hide the full impacts of its deregulatory approaches from the American public ... We need to be able to provide the full equation, the costs and benefits, so that the American public can see what the full benefits are.
... This will have a cost to the American people; just the air pollution effects will have costs in the hundreds of billions of dollars.”
