"Sue Tierney was elected chair of Resources for the Future's board of directors, RFF said Friday. Tierney is a senior adviser at Analysis Group, and was previously assistant secretary for policy at the Energy Department and chair of the Water Resources Authority for the state of Massachusetts. Richard Schmalensee, the board's current chairman, will become board chair emeritus."
