Emily Joiner

Senior Research Analyst

Emily Joiner graduated from the University of Arizona in December 2020 with a MS in agricultural and resource economics. She also holds a BS in sustainability and a BS in economics from Arizona State University. Prior to joining RFF, her graduate research assistantship focused on the economic impact of federal reserved water rights settlements and the conceptualization of regional economic resilience for tribal nations in the U.S. She is particularly excited to be working on the Value of Statistical Life project due to her interest in non-market valuation methods.
