Ethan Russell joined Resources for the Future in May 2022 as a Research Analyst working with the Engineering, Economic, and Environmental Electricity (E4ST) power sector model to simulate the effects of policy, regulations, and market conditions on the US electricity sector. Before RFF, Ethan worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology Lincoln Laboratory developing algorithms and writing software for modeling and simulation. He graduated from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in February 2019 with a BS in electrical engineering and a minor in computer science.
