Jay Bartlett
Member, RFF Board of Directors; Senior Advisor
Jay Bartlett is a Senior Advisor at RFF. He joined RFF in 2018 with a focus on financial, economic and policy analysis for the Electric Power Program. Previously, he worked in the Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy and the Solar Energy Technologies Office at the U.S. Department of Energy. Bartlett had earlier positions in alternative energy equity research at UBS, mergers and acquisitions at a boutique advisory firm in New York and in biophysics research at Princeton.
